Sioux County is following the Iowa Department of Public Health orders for COVID-19 vaccine administration.

In Sioux County, the Local Public Health Agency, Community Health Partners, is working collaboratively with the four Area Health Systems and Promise Community Health Center to distribute and administer COVID-19 vaccine. Community Health Partners is not giving vaccinations.

The Iowa Department of Public Health is also providing Local Hy-Vee stores with doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

Who is eligible for vaccine right now?
All adults in Iowa are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Where can eligible individuals get their vaccine?

What if I live in Sioux County but my Physician’s office is in a different county?
If you live in Sioux County but your physician’s office is not in Sioux County, you will be able to go to one of the local health systems or to a Hy-Vee Pharmacy if appointments are available, and get your shot. Please sign up with one of the local health systems using the instructions listed on their website (see links above) or schedule an appointment with Hy-Vee by clicking here.
