In Sioux County, the Local Public Health Agency, Community Health Partners, is working collaboratively with the four Area Health Systems and Promise Community Health Center and local pharmacies to distribute and administer COVID-19 vaccine. Community Health Partners is not giving vaccinations.

Who is eligible for vaccine right now?
Everyone aged 12 and over are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in Iowa.

How much will a vaccine cost?
Covid-19 vaccinations are available to everyone at no cost. Vaccination providers may bill your insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, if you have it, but they cannot charge you directly for any administration fees, copays, or co-insurance.
