A regional effort to promote health and prevent diabetes.
Classes will be held in Sioux Center on Thursdays from 5:15 – 6:30 p.m.
Fall 2024 Dates: September 12, 19, 26, October 3, 10, 24, November 7, 21, December 5
Join our lifestyle change program proven to help prevent 2 diabetes. This program includes 8 sessions, over 3 months, led by local nurses and dietitians who will help you make small changes that can help you lose weight, eat healthier, be more physically active, and manage stress, all while receiving group support from other participants.
