— If your child is on Medicaid, your child can get shots at your medical provider or at Community Health Partners. Bring your insurance card with you.

— If your child has no health insurance or is on Medishare, your child can get shots at your medical provider or at Community Health Partners. Bring your insurance card with you.

— If your child has health insurance that does not cover any immunizations, your child must get shots at Community Health Partners or at Promise Community Health Center. Bring your insurance card with you.

–If your child is American Indian or Alaskan Native, your child can get shots at your medical provider or at Community Health Partners.
