— If your child is on Medicaid, your child can get shots at your medical provider. Bring your insurance card with you.
— If your child has no health insurance or is on Medishare, your child can get shots at your medical provider. Bring your insurance card with you.
— If your child has health insurance that does not cover any immunizations, your child must get shots at at Promise Community Health Center. Bring your insurance card with you.
— If your child is American Indian or Alaskan Native, your child can get shots at your medical provider.
