Free and confidential groups open to all.
In-person support groups meet first Tuesday of each month, Sioux Center Library, 7-9pm
First hour- educational time for all, various topics
Second hour- 2 group options:
Support group for those with mental illness
Support group for family and friends of those with mental illness
Online support group for individuals with mental illness
Meets third Tuesday of each month via Zoom
